I’m nearly 5 weeks postpartum and watching this back, I didn’t think I’d make it through 1 day, yet here I am making it through 33 days. If you’re at day 1, remember it does get better. And for those who need it, here are 5 things that helped me get through my c section: 1. Try to get up as soon as you can. It will be uncomfortable, but the earlier you’re mobile, the better for your body. once the catheter is out, even standing by your bed is a start to get your body feeling better. 2. Wear thos
