A lot of people have the wrong mindset when they train. They think and train individual muscle groups. It’s impossible! What seems like a chest exercise can instantly become a shoulder exercise and just as quickly...a core exercise...just by moving the arms. Why? Your anatomy demands it. There is a reason why muscles in close proximity to each other have overlapping functions! They either directly help to perform the same function (as do the pecs and delts) or they indirectly allow those muscles
